I have also enabled tracing on the Laserfiche plugin and this is the output before it crashes: 1018, time stamp: 0x5daf479bįaulting application start time: 0x01d5a6ccafafd32eįaulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\WINWORD.EXEįaulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso20win32client.dll I check the application logs in Event Viewer and find this:įaulting application name: WINWORD.EXE, version: 0.20410, time stamp: 0x5dd66dffįaulting module name: mso20win32client.dll, version. I add some more text to the file, press save and that's where it starts saving then crashes/restarts Word. When using Word (for example), I create a test file called a.docx and save it to a mapped drive at Z:\, which points to a test shared folder I created on one of the Laserfiche servers.
Winword event id 1000 windows 10#
Machines are all Windows 10 Pro 圆4 and Office installs are Office Business 365 x86. We have Laseriche 10.4 installed at a client location and they want to use the Laserfiche Office Integration add-in for MS Office.
Wondering if anyone could possibly have any insight. I have been troubleshooting a strange issue for days now and have not gotten anywhere.
